General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded with PENSION BERGSEEBLICK Erlenweg 3, 79822 Titisee Neustadt (hereinafter “the Hotel”). They can be changed or replaced by individual cases. Consumers in the sense of business relationships are natural persons with whom a business relationship is entered into, without any commercial or independent occupational activity being attributable to them. Entrepreneurs within the meaning of the terms and conditions are natural persons, legal entities or partnerships with legal capacity, with whom business relationships are entered into, which involve the exercise of a commercial or independent professional activity. Clients in terms of the terms and conditions are both consumers and entrepreneurs.
2. Conclusion of the guest
The guest accommodation contract can be concluded in writing, verbally, by telephone or by conclusive conduct. The guest accommodation contract also applies to all participants listed in the registration for whose contractual obligation the applicant is responsible as well as for his own obligations. The conclusion of the guest accommodation contract obliges both contracting parties to fulfill the contract, irrespective of the duration of the contract. For hotel accommodation, the guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room is ordered and confirmed or – if due to time constraints a commitment was not possible – has been provided. If the content of the room confirmation differs from the content of the registration, then there is a new offer from the hotel.
3. Reservations
If rooms or other services (eg meals) are reserved on an option basis, the option data are binding for both parties. After expiry of the agreed option period, the hotel may freely dispose of the rooms and services booked in option without consulting. Reserved rooms confirmed by the hotel will be made available from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and until 10.00 am on the day of departure.
4. Terms of payment
The invoices can be settled in cash (€) as well as with the ec-cards. Payment is due on arrival except in the case where advance payments have been made.
5. Advance payments
Advance payments may be required for some reservations, for example for longer stays or group bookings, you will be notified when we confirm your booking if advance payments are required.
